L'ho sempre trovato un artista incomparabile, poliedrico ed un uomo carismatico, sempre sopra le righe, affascinante ed anche tremendamente sexy. Non mi stupisce, infatti, che al suo fianco abbia sempre donne intelligenti e bellissime, come l'ultima ex moglie Olatz Lopez o come la ex fidanzata regista palestinese Rula Gebreal, un uomo per cui - lo si intuisce immediatamente guardando i suoi lavori - la pittura è come respirare, permea tutto ciò che fa, anche quando è scrivere o fare un film.
