Muna's Fashion Week Edition: PFW SS 2014

La Muna's Fashion Week Edition si conclude con le passerelle di Parigi per la prossima Primavera-Estate. Si tratta della settimana conclusiva e sicuramente determinante per gli assetti della Fashion Industry internazionale. 
Non sono stati solo gli splendidi abiti a catturare la mia attenzione, ma anche il gossip sul via vai di designer nelle più esclusive maison. Roschas sceglie di puntare su Alessandro Dell'Acqua, mentre alla Loewe arriva Jonathan Anderson. 

The Muna's Fashion Week Edition ends with the Paris runways for the next Spring-Summer. This is the final week and certainly decisive for the assets of the International Fashion Industry. 

It was not only the beautiful clothes to capture my attention, but also the gossip and the goings on of the most exclusive designer fashion house. Roschas chooses to bet on Alessandro Dell'Acqua, while Jonathan Anderson arrives at Loewe.

Poi, i rumors sulla nuova poltrona da direttore creativo della maison Louis Vuitton, dopo i frizzanti sedici anni del talentuoso Marc Jacobs, potrebbe esser la volta di Nicolas Ghesquiere.

Qualche brivido poi è stato aggiunto dall'irruzione delle femministe ucraine del gruppo Femen, subito allontanate dalla scena da spietati e silenziosi gorilla, durante la sfilata di Nina Ricci.

Then, the rumors about the new chair of the fashion Maison Louis Vuitton for the  creative director, after sixteen years of sparkling talented Marc Jacobs, could be the turn of Nicolas Ghesquiere.
Some thrills then was added by the irruption of the Ukrainian feminist group Femen, immediately removed from the scene by ruthless and silent gorilla, during the parade of Nina Ricci.

Ho adorato questa edizione delle passerelle francesi piene di riferimenti all'arte dalla raccolta di graffiti di  Cèline alle pareti e pavimenti della sfilata di Karl Lagerfield per Chanel al Grand Palais: affollati di opere d'arte contemporanea che richiamavano i capisaldi della Maison, tra le quali spiccavano tre eccentriche sculture di Jeff Koons.  Valentino si è ispirato alla musica ed alla teatralità dello spettacolo con un look bohemien, tessuti come arazzi preziosi e ricami, tanto suede, frange e metallo.
Anche Rochas sceglie broccati cangianti, tanto pizzo nei toni pastello, e luccichio di cristalli; la collezione di Balenciaga disegnata per la terza volta da Alexander Wang si immerge nel bianco e  stupisce con le sue baschine, sopra-gonne rigide che si sovrappongono a gonne, pantaloni e shorts.

Dries Van Noten punta sui bagliori metallici dell'oro, dei motivi floreali e tribali.

Lanvin gioca con tessuti lucidi, il lurex, le trasparenze la femminilità ostentata; Nina Ricci è un tripudio di abiti lievi e impalpabili, pizzi e drappeggi nude look. 

Givenchy opta per un look tribale, un mix tra Giappone ed Africa, make up d'effetto con centinaia di cristalli Swarovski ad adornare i volti delle modelle.

E così anche le passerelle parigine hanno incarnato i temi predominanti nelle scorse Fashion Weeks: leggerezza, trasparenze estreme, tanto bianco o tinte accese, stampe psichedeliche e grafismi floreali, mini e maxi insieme, lurex e ricami preziosi, lusso e minimal, accessori sofisticati e di effetto.

I loved this edition of the Parisians catwalks full of references to the art from the collection of Celine with graffiti on walls and floors, to the show of Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel at the Grand Palais: crowded with works of contemporary art reminiscent the strongholds of the Maison, among them stood out three eccentric sculptures by Jeff Koons. 

Valentino was inspired by the music and the theatricality of the show with a bohemian look, precious fabrics such as tapestries and embroideries, especially suede, fringe and metal.

Also Rochas choose iridescent brocade, lace in pastel colors and shimmering crystals.

The collection of Balenciaga, designed for the third time by Alexander Wang, is immersed in white and amazes with its basques, rigid over-skirts that overlap skirts, pants and shorts.

Dries Van Noten focuses on metallic glints of gold, floral and tribal.

Lanvin plays with shiny fabrics, lurex, transparency, the ostentatious femininity; Nina Ricci collection is a blaze of light and ethereal dresses, lace and draping nude look. 

Givenchy opt for a tribal look, a mix between Africa and Japan, make up effect with hundreds of Swarovski crystals to adorn the faces of the models.

And so also the Paris runways have embodied the predominant themes in the recent fashion weeks: lightness, extreme transparency, lot of white or bright colors, psychedelic prints and graphic and floral elements, mini and maxi together, shiny lurex, embroidery and precious, luxury and minimal,sophisticated and impressive accessories.
